Remove with a slotted spoon and let cool. In the same skillet, add the lentils and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. In a large bowl, combine the cooled sausage, lentils, red onion, garlic, olive oil, seasoned salt, black pepper, white balsamic vinegar, and parsley. Toss to combine.
